Kai's writing

Every week in his homework packet, Kai has a writing assignment.  At first we both used to dread these, but lately they have become the first thing that he wants to do.  He can do them all by himself now and I'm so proud of what he does.  Each week there is a different subject to write about.  He has to write at least two sentences.  The last couple of weeks have been great for him.  Last week was "Describe a fire truck" and this week it was "Describe a police car".   Kai spent quite a bit of time on his drawing to get it exactly right.  And it only took him a matter of minutes to whip out his two sentences.  He's doing great!
