Kai and I started nursery at the beginning of the year and so far it has been nothing but wonderful for Kai. He has grown to love playing with friends, doing puzzles, and singing. We sing our nursery songs throughout the week, as well as other songs that I know. In fact, on Sunday as we were sitting quietly on the pew, Kai began to sing. I couldn't recognize the words and since he was fairly quiet and entertaining himself, I let him keep going. It wasn't long before the family in front of us turned around, very excited. Turns out that they recognized the song as "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star". Once I listened closely I could hear it. They thought it was so cute.
Other than "Twinkle, Twinkle" he has been singing "Slippery Fish", and the "ABCs". In fact, he loves anything that has to do with the ABCs. He's getting pretty good, although he does have a way to go. Once again, I think this kid is too smart for his own good!

So adorable. I love how kids miss the ending and sing the song over and over. The LMNOP is always the best.
Wow! That is very good for his age!
He is so cute! I'm so impressed that he is able to sing already - go, Kai!
Remember the favorite cousin video? Well, I think Owen has asked to watch Kai singing the ABC's just as many times! Like Kai, Owen loves the ABC's. It was a real treat to be able to watch his cousin sing it over and over and over. He's so good at it and so cute!
