A Busy Day

Tuesday we had a very busy day--it was lots of fun! In the morning we had a scheduled playdate with some of Kai's friends--Celestia, Jack, and Mason. The kids had a good time playing, inside and outside. We then made a "picnic" lunch of mac and cheese, pretzels, and strawberries which we enjoyed on the living room floor. By the time we were done with that, it was definitely nap time. After naptime, his friends came back (they're siblings and their mom had a hair appointment, so we welcomed them back to play) bringing their bikes. We played for a few minutes indoors, and then went out to play. While Celestia rode her bike, the three boys enjoyed a ride in the wagon. Every one had a great time!
