Can you really call it a fall weekend after it's already snowed??? I'm not sure, but nonetheless, I wanted to capitalize on the season and so we had some fall-type family fun this weekend. Saturday was pumpkin carving. Kai seemed to be more afraid of the pumpkin than willing to make a mess. I even told him he had permission to make a mess and he looked at me funny and said "mess?". Reid ended up carving the pumpkin by himself. Oh well, we tried. And we got some cute pictures.

On Sunday I made a fall-type dinner--ham, sweet potatoe casserole, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and pumkin pie. Yummy! Once again, Kai wouldn't touch it. He opted for the Chef Boyardee. Silly kid!
